Superb quality meat from our own animals reared with respect and compassion. Lamb is hung for 10 days, mutton for 14 and our beef for 28 days

Meat boxes are available to order. We also sell at Craven Arms Farmers' Market, supplying individual joints, chops and mince. Lamb is available from late summer through to spring when the hoggetts (lambs older than 12 months) take over. Mutton is from animals in their second and third year
